ADHD

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a problem caused by the presence of 1 or more of these findings: not being able to focus, being overactive, or not being able control behavior. 

ANXIETY

A nervous disorder characterized by a state of excessive uneasiness and apprehension, typically with compulsive behavior or panic attacks.

A feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome

Behavioral Issues

Hyperactivity, aggression, self injury, withdrawal, temper tantrums, etc.

Chronic Impulsivity

A tendency to act on a whim, displaying behavior characterized by little or no forethought, reflection, or consideration of the consequences

Depression

A mental health disorder characterized by persistently depressed mood or loss of interest in activities, causing significant impairment in daily life

The legal dissolution of a marriage by a court or other competent body

Family Conflict

Any conflicts that occur within a family - between husbands and wives, parents and children, between siblings, or with extended families (grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc.)

Infidelity

The action or state of being unfaithful to a spouse

Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD)

A common, chronic and long-lasting disorder in which a person has uncontrollable, reoccurring thoughts (obsessions) and behaviors (compulsions) that he or she feels the urge to repeat over and over.

Parenting

The process of promoting and supporting the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development of a child from infancy to adulthood.

Self Esteem

Confidence in one's own worth or abilities

Teen Concerns

Difficulties or struggles that may arise in an adolescents life as being a teenager

Women’s Concerns

Refers to any concern that might impact a woman's mental health.Women may experience certain biological, environmental, and psychosocial challenges related to gender, and these concerns can have a significant impact on mental health and well-being.

ANGER MANAGEMENT

Recognizing the signs of becoming angry, pinpointing triggers and root causes and learning coping mechanisms

AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER

A mental condition, present from early childhood, characterized by difficulty in communicating and forming relationships with other people and in using language and abstract concepts.

DEVELOPMENTAL DISORDERS

Developmental disorders, also known as Mathew's disorder, is a group of psychiatric conditions originating in childhood that involve serious impairment in different areas

DOMESTIC ABUSE

Violent or aggressive behavior within the home, typically involving the violent abuse of a spouse or partner

Grief

A multifaceted response to loss, particularly to the loss of someone or something that has died, to which a bond or affection was formed

Marital and pre-marital counseling

Assists couples of all types in recognizing and resolving conflicts and improving their relationships

Oppositional defiant disorder

A childhood disorder that is defined by a pattern of hostile, disobedient, and defiant behaviors directed at adults or other authority figures. ODD is also characterized by children displaying angry and irritable moods, as well as argumentative and vindictive behaviors.

Peer Relationships

Many teens have trouble forming positive relationships with peers.

On the other hand, parents often worry that teens' friends aren't always good influences. They may isolate, tease, or bully each other. They may promote attitudes and behaviors that parents don't like.

Undesired sexual behavior by one person upon another; often perpetrated using force or by taking advantage of another
